At present it is possible to create a filter that discriminates on  whether an address, e.g. From, is an the user's address book. I would  like to filter messages on a particular address book, to sort messages by membership of a particular interest group of mine.

You get to select which address book is used and there is no limit on the number of address books you can have,  so I am confused as to what it is you are asking for that is not already available.

Yes, it’s possible to create a filter that checks whether an address is in your address book, but filtering by a specific address book or group is a bit trickier. Some email clients or services allow you to tag or categorize contacts, which you can then use as a basis for filtering messages. If yours doesn’t support this directly, a workaround is to create a separate contact group or distribution list for your interest group and then filter incoming emails against that list. It’s similar to looking for the best david lloyd membership offers — organizing things into categories makes it easier to manage and quickly find what matters most.
