Thunderbird Calendar Categories Editing

It would be helpful to edit the stock categories in Thunderbird Calendar.  I would like to remove the stock categories and create my own as well as pick the colors of my new categories.  Also, I cannot edit the categories for any events that I did not create, such as meeting invitations from others.

One useful improvement for the Thunderbird Calendar would be the ability to fully edit stock categories, allowing users to delete default ones, create custom categories, and choose their own colors. This flexibility would help users better organize events according to their personal or work needs. Kfc Menu Australia
Additionally, it would be very helpful if categories could be edited for events not created by the user, such as meeting invitations received from others.
