Tab view improvement when address bar is at the bottom

When the address bar is at the bottom the switcher or tab for the private tabs, opened tabs, synced tabs and in the near future the grouped tabs should also be at the bottom, this will make one hand navigation/tab switching be easier for users. Something like how it is on brave (see screensht/attachment).
