tab menu keyboard shortcut

Hi!

To improve the accessibility, please consider adding more keyboard shortcuts for tab functionality.

Most important addition would be a shortcut for opening and focusing the tab menu.

It also would be helpful, if the menu would display existing shortcuts, like:  "Reload Tab (Ctrl-R)"

And it would be nice to have shortcuts for pinning/unpinning of tabs.

I really agree with the proposals of @cskwg.

Meanwhile, I would really love to have keyboard shortcuts to View in Sidebar:

• Synced Tabs
• Side View

Same as we already have for Bookmarks (Ctrl+B) and History (Ctrl+H).
