Sync exceptions

Suggesting that all exception lists be added to the sync process. This would give consistent behavior across any device the account is using.

Please consider implementing this. Syncing “Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed” without exceptions often causes inconvenience and unexpected loss of progress.
