Sync exceptions

Suggesting that all exception lists be added to the sync process. This would give consistent behavior across any device the account is using.

Totally agree - when I open the Smart window there is no toolbar, so no bookmarks. That is fine if my intent is to do a search but at least 75% of the time I open the browser already knowing where I want to go.
