Support Task Steps as done in Outlook

Outlook let you add steps to your tasks.

This ability is not present in Thunderbird, so when synced with TbSync, the task steps are not visible to Thunderbird.

Fortunately, the task steps in Outlook are not deleted when updating the task from Thunderbird.
