Submit File from Clipboard

There should be an option to, upon being prompted to select a file, have Firefox open a small popup that allows you to either search through your storage as normal or (if there is one) take a file currently held in the clipboard. My previous browser had a similar feature and it had a great positive effect on my workflow.
