Spell Check: Make it easier to add languages and dictionaries

Currently, users must visit the website to install the dictionary

But it would be better if the dictionaries were built into the “Settings: Languages” tab

It could look the same as the language menu on websites, for example. And dictionary updates, just as they do now, can occur during extension updates

This is definitely something that should be done.

Currently if you right-click in a text-editing field and turn on "Check Spelling" the feature does nothing, as Firefox fails to tell the user "For this feature to work, you need to download a dictionary".

Instead they ship a feature that when enabled does nothing, and makes Firefox look broken. 🙃
