Signature from a distant file

To add a signature at the end of your e-mails, there are two possibilities :
1. type the content of the signature (plain text or HTML) in the textarea
2. link to a local file (text, HTML or image)

I deeply wish I could link to a distant file, such as : https://www.mysite.com/signature.htm
It would allow me to :
- get the very same signature from all the devices I use
- update easily the signature on all devices, in one single operation
