shortcut for different profiles

i have switched from chrome since past 1 month and firefox is just better. the only thing i did not find easy is the option for having multiple profiles to be used at ease, could be better if there was one to easily access seperate profiles for work and home

14 pages of support and requests and begging for the past 3 years.

Please firefox. please. We just need a comprehensive profile management support. We need to be able to attach workspaces to a specific profile. We need to be able to create custom desktop icons to open different profiles. we need to be able to open links in the last touched profile instead of the default browsers default profile. PLEASE. It's time.
