Settings/Home/Custom URLs

I have asked more than once for an additional menu choice to select "LATEST OPEN TAB URLs" so that any refreshing of the browser (e.g. for Updates, Restarts, Shutdowns etc.) will reopen exactly the same tabs that were already open at the time of the browser closure (for whatever the reason).  Choosing 'Current pages' on my Settings/Home webpage re-opens a browser older setting; so I've lost the ones I had previously & they cannot be found even in 'History/Recently closed tabs' or even opening 'Show all history'.  Very frustrating!!

I have checked my Settings/History/Restore Previous Session & Settings/Startup/Open previous windows & tabs as recommended by Help pages to see if achieves my request.
