Send file to device (instead of tab)

every now and then I have the need to send a configuration file or small clipboard content to another device that is synced in firefox, I think a sendd file to device function would be great, it doesnt have to be very big file, but for some small <500kb for css or configuration files, code snippets etc. (instead of having to paste or send to third party server/hosting), some addon configuration files come to my mind as android version cant sync those yet (uBO config is a good example) .
