Firefox relay is really good to use. But what if we can send email from created alias? It can be great if we can reply to seller during online purchase using alias.

Look at simplelogin, an also open-source anonymous email relay, it also does what Firefox relay do, but with more feature, including sending mail from alias.

I hope Firefox relay have more feature in future.

Cheers!

Hi @maxso216, replying to forwarded emails is already possible, but unfortunately is only available to people who have a Relay Premium subscription: https://relay.firefox.com/faq/#faq-replies

Thank you @maxso216 ! This is a great suggestion! We do have the functionality to reply for premium users once you've received an email, but still do not support sending an email from the start. We're evaluating this and will continue to look into this! Thank you.

It's good to hear it's already included. Thanks for the reply! I guess it's good to close this issule.

Aren't you using a mail provider that allows you to create aliases? Isn't this the same feature?

+1 for this request.

I use Relay premium and I have had several vendors ask me to send an email from the relay address I used for their service, due to their company policies and procedures requiring them to do so.

exactly! I thought I would be able to do this when I signed up. Cuz sometimes like @mwunn said I need to send an email to customer support or start a new email thread with the mask and don't have an email thread to reply to. The reply also doesn't seem to work for me anyway and I do have Premium. I'm gonna switch back to regular email aliases and cancel Premium for now.
