Right-click on a valid URL in a textarea to show the "Open Link" options

If you right-click on any valid link on a web page you get a set of options "Open link in new tab", "Bookmark Link" etc.

To do this for a link that is text in a textarea, you have to very carefully select the URL only, without any extra characters before or after the URL link.

It would be useful if the right-click on text in a textbox (textarea) it would determine if the underlying text contained a URL and if so give the same set of options.
