return certificat importing

I was using Firefox in case I need to convert DER to PEM.
But today I cannot do this.
And just found out that importing certificates was removed from firefox.

This was really useful function to me. Now I had to search nearest Windows system to convert certificate there.

Firefox's Certificate Manager has Import... buttons for personal certificates (Your Certificates list) and Authority certificates (Authorities list). Does either of those work for what you need?
