Hello! First time poster, very long time Mozilla user.

Having between 5-10 tabs open - accidentally X out of the window. History, Restore tabs --> I accidentally closed the window again. When you reopen, you do NOT have the opportunity to restore your session. I do know each page is findable in my history, just wanted to bring some attention to it. I've done it accidentally a handful of times, I am wondering if it affects anyone else too!

Thanks,

Kz

In 2 months, my session has just failed to restore in the regular version of Firefox 2 times.  Once on 2 different devices.  The second time just happened this morning.  I think Mozilla need to implement some kind of snapshot or time machine to gives the user a chance to go back when the session restore fails.

On this topic, I think Mozilla can gain major points with users if there is some way to restore a previous session when the normal option that has been set forever fails to restore.  I will try to restore one of the sessions in the red box manually. How to restore session_Screenshot_20230715_055612.png

Also, Waterfox and Chrome has so far never failed to restore my previous session.
The failures always happen on Tumbleweed.

Interesting...
