Restart announcement - browser should warn before or remember the request

Firefox should warn the user in advance somehow (e.g. changing slightly bcg color of URL field?) that the next request will be refused because a background update has been done.

It's annoying when you type in a long specific request in the field, press enter and then Firefox announces that it needs to be restarted, throwing your request away 😕
