Respect Default Printer Setting used by the Operating System

At the moment, Mozilla Firefox does not respect the Default Printer setting used by the operating system.

On all versions of Microsoft Windows, there is a Default Printer setting that is set on a per user basis.  Most applications respect this setting when the user does not select a printer.  Mozilla Firefox does not do this.  Instead, it remembers the last print job it did and uses those settings.

Please fix this so that Mozilla Firefox behaves like other applications.

Firefox currently uses the last-used printer instead of the system’s default printer, which differs from how most Windows applications behave. Aligning Firefox with the OS default printer setting would improve user experience.
