Request for Default AI Chatbot Option in Sidebar Pane

Hey Mozilla Team,

I would like to express my appreciation for the addition of the AI chatbot feature in the sidebar—it’s a fantastic enhancement to the user experience. However, I believe it could be even more useful if we had the option to set the AI chatbot as the default pane in the sidebar.

Currently, users must navigate through multiple options, such as bookmarks, history, and the AI chatbot, each time they wish to access it. Having the ability to make the AI chatbot the default option would streamline workflows and reduce unnecessary clicks, making the feature more accessible and efficient.

I kindly request that you consider adding an option in the settings to designate the AI chatbot as the default sidebar pane for users who prioritize it in their day-to-day tasks.

It would even more interesting if there was a specific button to open the AI Chatbot sidepanel.
