Reader View - Allow volume button navigation

A potential quick win for accessibility?  Please consider allowing mobile device users the ability to page up/down through Reader View content with volume controls.

This functionality is common in e-reader applications and greatly improves the single-handed text reading experience (especially where motor function is limited).
