"Go To" added to Bookmark Editing

I use bookmarks on my browser and tags in editing bookmarks. Is it possible to include a "go to" page button with the save or cancel buttons?

Save or cancel adds an extra step to go back to the browser for the bookmarks and scroll through the bookmarks to reopen.
