Properly integrate the AI Chat side panel with the browser

The AI chat in the sidebar is not useful in its current form because it doesn't integrate with the browser. Right now it is just a side bar panel where you can interact with one of the AI Chat providers.

Some examples of things I would like to be able to type in there:

* Summarize this page

* Find pages with a similar title in my history the past week

* Who are the authors of this page and do they have a profile somewhere

The way this feature is implemented now doesn't add anything. It is easier and more convenient to use the native applications for Claude or ChatGPT or simply use them in a pinned tab. That gives more screen space and a more persistent session and the full UI of those providers.

I don't know if this is technically feasible but I think that would be interesting to explore.
