Print Dialogue Improvement

When selecting which pages to print, it would be much easier if it were possible to type in which specific pages to print without having to select from a drop-down menu: keep the menu, if you like, but have a field where you can enter the specific page or page range directly. We all know that each additional click adds—eventual headache-inducing—barriers to getting tasks done. Simplifying it in this way would really help.
