Pressing Backwards / Forwards should not delay in changing the Address Bar

Currently, if for example you press "Backwards" to go back to a very slow loading page - the address bar will only update when the page renders.

This feels incredibly laggy for no reason, and make pressing backwards multiple times unintuitive.

Specifically on Windows - there is no reason why the "back" button needs several seconds to fill in the address bar.
