Pop up notifications should not be over any applications that are in full-screen mode

When I receive a notification, it appears over any application that uses full-screen mode, such as any video from any platform that is being played in PiP, depending the monitor used but pointing the main since there is where the notifications are displayed: And I just don't want them there all time but I can't do nothing but dismiss them manually. It's kinda annoying to see them stacked while I'm doing my stuff.
