Windows 11 (22H2 and later) has built-in HEVC support.
However I installed Firefox 122 in Windows 11 22H2, GPU card is NVIDIA GTX 1650, I opened about:support in Firefox, it displays "HEVC is not supported". I confirmed that NVIDIA GTX 1650 is support HEVC hardware decoding.
