I have made many donations to Thunderbird over the years.

I am very unhappy that you have no method of keeping track of my identity as a donor so that you will not nag me to donate after I have already made a donation.

I would be happy to subscribe for a reasonable annual fee if that would purchase freedom from interruption by ads about how Thunderbird needs donations.

I have the exact same issue. I can make a donation to Mozilla/Thunderbird and the next time I start TB, up pops the nag screen.  I posted about this before and it was suggested that I go into the advanced settings and change the startup screen to a null.  It was already a null. There was nothing to change and it continues nagging me - both in the Windows version and the Android version.

It's a great program and I've been supporting it since it took over from Eudora.. but the nags have gotten out of hand. It's like receiving repetitive mail asking for some donation for a medical support organization, after about the 3rd one the chance of me ever considering making a donation have dropped to zero.

FIX THIS PLEASE!
