PIP that transparent to mouse and gets semi-transparent on hover

PIP is a great feature for multi-tasking already but i believe it would be better if we able to click behind the pip screen and obviously it should get transparent when mouse hover. We should be able to control pip with a shortcut or hold down a key or sth also..
