Picture-to-Picture: Minimize feature and hidden icon if not hover video (for fullscreen)

Firefox not have Minimize feature (just only go to tab & exit, if exit video is paused)
And I don't want see icon from video, I want full like this

Arc Hover - show icon (back to tab, minimize)

Arc PIP - Not hover video (x button show need remove)
