Per website settings controls

For options that effect every website, such as high contrast mode and font settings, allow for users to choose whether they are on or off by default, and then have them add websites to a list of exceptions.

Yes Please! Came here JUST to make this suggestion for Website contrast per site with exceptions and such. Would be such a game changer not to need third party "Dark Mode" extensions and such if it came straight with this oob.
