Per-site VPN location settings

Hi everyone!

I’d like to suggest an improvement to Firefox’s VPN functionality: allow users to select a different VPN location for each website.

For example, ChatGPT.com could automatically use one location, while X.com could use another. Users could create per-site rules, and Firefox would automatically route each website through the selected VPN location.

I believe this would make the VPN feature much more flexible and convenient, especially for users who regularly access services with different regional availability or routing requirements.
