Paste As Unformatted Quotation

When I paste a quotation, I usually don't want any formatting. I am often pasting text copied from a web page. As it stands, I must must either "wash" the copied text in a text-only application such as Notepad or do the dance of Paste Without Formatting, Select, Cut, and Paste As Quotation.

How about a context menu entry for doing this in one step, named for example, Paste As Unformatted Quotation?
