It would be great if there was an option to rename the files before downloading, from websites, or other services. Google Chrome already have this feature and it's so useful for people who want to rename their files before downloading.
Could you explain what do you mean with "before downloading"?
If I press a link (or a button) to a file to download, or use the save as... dialog, the *first* thing I get is the filename dialog, where I can choose the name.. How can you tell the browser you want the thing to be named differently *before* you point to which thing do you mean?
I think I made a mistake the previous request. So this is a specific situation, I use a website which converts Youtube videos into MP3 files, I use this to download songs. So after copy & pasting the video link, there's a download button, in Google Chrome after clicking the download button there's an option to rename the file, it can be any file, like pdf, MP4, MP3, JPEG, png, zip file etc. When I use the same website on firefox there's no option to rename the file, it's just downloads. I know it's possible to rename after downloading, but I thought it could be nice feature to have, that's why I requested it. Also I use an android phone. Please don't behave like social media comment section.

Oh! Now I can understand better what you mean. It downloads automatically!
That *should* be somewhere in General Settings → Downloads → Applications. One of the handles, presumably the MP3 one, is set in that list as "always download" when it should be to "ask always". Alternatively, you can set the general option below that says "What to do with other files" → "Ask always".
If somehow checking those toggles is not working, then yeah hopefully something can be fixed from Firefox's end.
