We should be able to enable/disable the 'List all tabs' which locate at the top right corner. Currently it is not possible.

Also just a suggestion, I understand why its position is a bit far from the minimize button because the designer want to separate it to indicate the group of functions. But this make the 'List all tabs' in a awkward position and it's so ugly.

1. You can move the tabmanager button , via `Customize Toolbar`

2. you can disable the tabmanager button, by setting  `browser.tabs.tabmanager.enabled`  to  `false` in `about:config`

@AnonymousI'm not sure if it's safe to do this?

@AnonymousHi, I still wish there is an option in the setting and not by the about:config. But thank you for the reference.

@AnonymousNone of these work anymore for me on FF 115.0.2. Ridiculous to grey out the "Remove from Toolbar" option on this, I remember the second option worked a few months ago but to make it even more ridiculous it doesn't work anymore either.

The "List all tabs" button has returned in FF 131, despite the option "browser.tabs.tabmanager.enabled" being set to "false". How do I remove it now?

+1

Why don't just let the users decide for themselves and let it movable/deactivatable?
After almost every update one will be "delighted" with new features, while other things are neglected.
Mozilla is really trying hard to get Firefox's market share down to zero! 😞

BTW, the (imho too sensitive) tab hoover preview thingy can be deactivated with "browser.tabs.hoverPreview.enabled".

Please allow the removal of this button. It's needlessly taking up more visual space. I can only imagine it would ever be useful if you have a hundred tabs open? Most will never use this button. Even more clutter.

The config workaround doesn't work. 🙃

Why doesn't right-click->Remove From Toolbar work? Seems the most obvious place to put the functionality--not buried in some config page somewhere.

Fixed in 131.0.3: the "List all tabs" button has now been reverted to the previous appearance (in the shape of an arrow), and is now removable. If you want to add it back to the interface you will find it in the "Customize Toolbar..." menu entry (right click on the tab bar).
