Option to customize the tab command bar

Right-clicking on a tab opens a rather long menu of tab commands and options.
Due to an eye condition, I have to scale my display to 135%, which causes this menu to extend beyond the bottom edge of the screen, making it unreadable. I do not use some of these tab options at all. It would be helpful if I could customize this menu to suit my needs by hiding commands, thereby making the menu less cluttered.
