Optimizing mouse clicks

Hello,    I propose increasing the action area of ​​mouse clicks. Currently, for a link or button to be accessed, it is necessary that the mouse arrow is exactly on it. A (not very large) increase in the action area would help users work much faster. When the button/link has entered the mouse's action area, it should be marked somehow, so that we know what to click next. You have an example attached. Of course, the circle I drew in the example will not appear, it just defines the enlarged action area.  Thanks!
