On tab, display full page title as a tooltip

User interface good practice dictates that whenever a text label is truncated, the full text is displayed as a tooltip. Oddly this seems to be missing from firefox, at least in my version 130.0 for Windows.
Basically when a window has many tabs there is no way to know the pages titles except by moving the tab to a new window. This is a problem when searching for a specific tabs from a same site and all we have are a few letters.

Hey @geoffm - thanks for the idea! We actually recently released a tab hover feature (idea thread here) with Firefox 129, and it should be rolled out to all users now. You can enable or disable the feature in your general settings.
