New download panel should not steal keyboard focus!

Hi, thanks for making Firefox. It means a lot that we have one last major independent browser.

I don't care a lot about the new download panel. It looks nice, doesn't impede my workflow - for the most part. But there is one thing that is really annoying: When I scroll through a page with the space bar and then download a file, the download panel steals the keyboard focus and I can't continue scrolling (for several seconds, I assume). That's another reach for the mouse, a click in the page background just to continue.
