navigate to manage stored website data page from address bar

I've faced a requirement to remove part or all websites data and app data stored. using the lock icon in the top search/address header to clear site data doesn't always seem to function clearly as expected, nor does it clear all stored data consistently.

My suggestion is to allow option of redirecting to a manage web page stored data which allows to clear all up data cookies cashed..
