Native Vertical Tabs for Thunderbird

We already have the space bar that lets us change between some tabs. I would like to see that usage expanded to all possible tabs (message in tabs, conversation view, global search results, add-ons manager, etc).

Please look at the "Native Vertical Tabs" idea for Firefox:

The way vertical tabs are implemented in Edge is very appealing.
