Muting a website

There is an option to mute a tab, but there is no option to mute a website, and that every time it is done, if you open a tab within that site, it opens muted.

this is one of my most missed features from Chrome. For those of us who work with millions of tabs open, it really helps keep our focus to mute an entire site and never have to worry about it making any noise.
