For one reason or another, the browser sometimes crashes uncontrollably or otherwise just messes up, so that after restarting, the recovery of the last session does not work or works only partially.

Would it be possible to restore sessions from the history, even if in addition to the most recent recording (close the browser), one per day for a week or some situation recorded at intervals for a few days?

I admit, I don't understand the suggestion so I can't vote on it, but I agree that the browser fairly regularly crashes and can't restore the previous tabs.

I second this, Firefox somehow closed in such a way it wiped out my session history that included 1800 tabs, that i've now just lost, irrecoverably apparently since they aren't in either of the sessionstore files... I use tabs to organize active projects. Now they're all gone, and I find out firefox has no way to have a rolling session history of more than 1, for seemingly no reason. What on earth? Instead of making AI garbage that nobody wants or will use maybe make improvements to your core product by adding simple functionality like a longer session store? in the meantime I'll set up a script to do the same thing firefox should do by duplicating and managing session restore points.
