[Multi-Account Containers] "Open Link in new [container-name] Window" right-click option

This option already exists for tabs, but when a user currently wants to open a link in a new window under the same container, they have to manually copy the link, open a new window, open a new container tab, and then paste the link into the address bar. This can be a cumbersome and time-consuming process, especially if the user has to repeat it multiple times during a browsing session.

By adding a right-click menu option to open a link in a new window under the same container, users would be able to perform this action with just a few clicks, improving their overall browsing experience and making it easier to manage their containers. This feature would be particularly useful for users who work with multiple containers at once and need to quickly switch between them while browsing.
