Move the New Profile button (new profiles system)

The current placement of the New Profile button in the profiles menu is as the last entry in the list of profiles, increasing the chance of users misclicking it when they are trying to open the last profile in the list (I have done this a dozen times now). I think it should probably be moved elsewhere. Maybe inline with the Manage Profiles button?
