Monitor Firefox Relay email addresses

Hi,

My idea is the following: a paid feature/plan to monitor aliases created in Firefox Relay. The idea would be to integrate a checkbox after each alias to allow the user to monitor it for data leaks.

Which updates to this feature request are available?
ETA? Feasibility? 

Does Relay offer a (REST) API to export my aliases? Manual export? Or do I have to scrape it from the website?

Does Monitor offer an API to import them or do I have to use the HIBP API?
