Frequently enough that I write this post, it is required to send 'full headers' when I forward a message. Currently I hit Forward and write my content above the forwarded email. But the actual process is:

View|Headers|All then click Forward, enter my message and hit SEND.

BUT then I have to View|Headers|Normal to continue reading other email and responding some times forwarding without the headers sometimes with depending on the situation.  Having a Forward w/ headers Forward w/o headers choice would be awesome time saver. Alternately a button to toggle headers All/Normal somewhere on the view pane would work as well.

There's Toggle Headers :: Add-ons for Thunderbird (https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/toggle-headers/). KB shortcut only (Ctrl-h)

Forward as attachment is the appropriate way to provide an email you are reporting, and it includes all the headers.

Forward as attachment may be the appropriate way in most cases, but doing it that way doesn't include all headers unless you send it with all headers enabled.

In order to forward as attachment it would still require hitting the menu, selecting forward as, then selecting forward as attachment rather than just hitting Forward as a quick button on the email. Only one click saved. The CTRL-H is quickest so far, but thanks.
