Make tab group mouse click area consistent with tabs

When the window is maximized, you can select tabs with the mouse against the top edge of the screen. However this doesn't work for tab groups, and you need to move the mouse down into the box that contains the tab group name to select it. 

It would be nice for the tab group to also be selectable this way to make usage more fluid and consistent.
