Make new downloads button toggleable

In the new Firefox for Android UI, a blue button appears on the 3-dots menu each time one downloads anything. I find this quite annoying since I know when I download something: there's a notification at the bottom of the screen saying "Download completed" with an Open button that already tells me the download is finished, and I find it quite annoying to have to go to the downloads page to get rid of this blue dot each time I download something. It would be better to either make it optional, or perhaps add a setting for making it appear only for big downloads which took more than a few seconds to complete, in which case it would make sense to notify the user. However, for quick downloads of a small file on the Internet, I find it annoying and undesirable.
