Make it obvious when a tab is loaded from cache (vs refreshed)

On Android, when selecting a previously open tab, it's unclear whether the tab is loading a fresh copy of the page (refreshing), or just loading from its previously saved state

This is because the behavior looks the same, eg it takes time to load, and shows the loading bar. Many times I think I've reloaded a previous tab but Firefox is showing me a stale copy.

I also believe the tab is refreshing from cache, so I got into the habit of close that tab, and open a new one.
